JP's drinks to consider

Its Friday and all is well! As you listen to the final moments of the enraged customer or file your last monotonous t.p.s report your mind begins to fantasize about the sensational activities you have planned. Who are you going to hang with? Where are you going to go? Most importantly what are you going to drink!? A good beverage has the ability to make or break an experience.
Sure, scenery and the people can influence how things play out, but it all starts with that first sip. John w. Peck III, experienced bartender at Cork food & drink, has a few choices to consider. Whether it be a night on the town or a casual day sit-down, these drinks are sure to please the palette and leave you wanting more!

Old Fashioned: A classical cocktail for the casual even the not so casual drinker. Its both Versatile and aesthetically pleasing. The casual drinker can take this cocktail and enjoy with relative ease through out the course of a night by slowly enjoying the bourbon as it blends with the slowly melting ice. Now for those who play it fast and loose, an Old Fashioned can be a classy way to get your kicks without downing shots of Fireball like it didn't just taste like cinnamon flavored antifreeze.

Amaretto Sour: This is for the 21yr old who spouts out " I want something sweet! " It is great cocktail for inexperienced drinkers. Sweet, savory, and relatively weak the Amaretto Sour is a genuine inexpensive date drink that can be consumed with ease and without obliterating the imbiber.

Bloody Mary: Ingredients may vary, however this remains a fantastic cocktail for brunch! You will be able to leap an immense hangovers in a single bound! I've also seen them used as a nightcap for those who wish to avoid over indulging in midnight drunken snacks. The growth in brunch popularity has seen these red devils' variations grown exponentially in the past couple years.

John W. Peck III has been involved in the food and drink industry for a number of years at well received establishments.  He continues to improve upon his skills at mixology in Tyler, Texas.
